"You didn't almost lose me. I'm alright, okay?" he said as reassuringly as possible. She wasn't realizing how important it was to him that she was alright. That the baby was alright. She was worried and the stress on her body wasn't good. She moved, catching his face as she touched him and then sat beside him. He sighed, his chest hurting like the inside of his lungs were burned... they very well may have been.
