It wasn't often that Uhura found herself impressed, but the woman before her had managed to both impress and intrigue her. Her love of torture wasn't exactly something she concealed, but it wasn't openly advertised, either. Chapel knew exactly what she was doing - and had managed to crack the extra security measures Uhura had placed on her dorm door.
"Scared little mouse, that one," she said absently when Chapel brought up Gaila; the Orion might be good in bed and half decent with computer programming, but she didn't have what it took to survive in the Empire. With her pheromone suppressors, she was all but useless.
When Chapel confirmed that she'd brought Johnson for her, Uhura's smile widened. "How very kind of you," she said, gliding closer and wondering what she'd done to deserve such a present. Of course, Chapel must have her own angle in all of this. Her eyes flicked appreciatively over the other woman.
"I don't see any reason why he needs to fight - not for round one, anyway - but tell me: what did I do to deserve such a gift?"
