Uhura watched, intrigued, as Chapel loaded the hypospray. She'd learned the art of torture from an early age, but she'd never worked beside someone with real medical knowledge. In fact, she'd rarely worked with a partner at all, but it clearly had its advantages.

"Is there an antidote? Or will it simply take time to wear off?" she asked, intrigued. When they were finished here, she would ask which compounds she'd used. Perhaps they'd work together again sometime, but she wanted the knowledge anyway. When she promised the man would be in excruciating pain Uhura smiled, lips stretched back to reveal her teeth.

As Chapel stepped closer she instinctively tensed slightly, muscles coiled in preparation for whatever might come next.

It wasn't really a surprise when the woman pulled her in for a kiss, but it still caught her slightly off guard. For a split second she was frozen in place, and then she pressed her body against Chapel's, tangling a hand in her hair and kissing her all the more passionately to make up for her brief hestiation. She tried to suck the other woman's tongue into her mouth so she could trap it with her teeth. She wouldn't willingly relinquish control.
